? Doesn't this same scenario work fine with the various OGG, MP4, and other
filters out there?
Developing anything in the software world can be complex, and bugs can
accidentally happen. I'd follow up with the plug-in vendor first here, as
pushing it off to MS seems contextually inaccurate and is probably the
longer path to solution.
