It's unlikely that rebuilding the library will fix this, as the album
art isn't saved in the library, but on disk.
Make sure Windows Explorer is set to show hidden files and folders, and
navigate to your music folder. In that folder, look for JPG files
containing the wrong piece of album art that is displayed by WMP.
Deleting these JPG files should eliminate the wrong album art.
Especially JPG files named folder.jpg, or whose filename contains a lot
of zeros, can cause this. It may also be necessary to look for album art
JPGs in subfolders of your music folder.
